Moat

The perfect obstacle for enemy infantry, moats must be dug up before the enemy can reach the walls. This takes time, which means your missile troops spend much more time firing. Moats cost a small amount of gold but do supply you with a superb defence. |

Oil Smelter
Spare engineers will automatically man the oil smelter if pitch is available on the stockpile. The first engineer keeps the smelter filled with pitch while the next three engineers automatically assigned have pots filled with oil that can be used against attackers. Engineers will also immediately run to re-fill their pots once they have thrown it down onto the enemy. |
