This is a large map Peace Mission with three enemies challenging you at once.
There once was a land rich in soil,
Many have eyes on peasants toil,
Lords have keeps on high bluffs,
Fight to gain ground not enough,
And you have inherited this spoil.
You have inherited a keep on a plateau in a land with other plateaus each with a hostile neighbor. There will be a short peace while each builds their defenses and gains some estates and then they will all have sights on your ground.
Build your arms quickly. Figure out the best way to defend your plateau. The mission will end when you have killed each of the three hostile lords.
The mission is meant to have enough scenery and enough interesting conflicts so the map will be entertaining to play and play more than once. Please review and rate this map and see other maps by Aedile to review and rate.
Wow, nice map, scenery looks awesome and estates are well-placed. I dont have anything bad to point out.

I just wanted to say thanks for the great peace scenarios! I just finished playing Aedile Island and had a blast.
I like the good mix of peace and strife, keeps the pressure on without being a full out war scenario.
Keep 'em coming! ;-)

It is pretty well balanced for Peace map. You have to work pretty hard to keep the resources flowing.

I liked it.
Map Design: 4.5
A very interesting map, it looks great.
Story/Instructions: 3.5
Not much of a story (at least there was an attempt), but the instructions were very usefull.
Additional Comments:
This was a fun map to play. Starting on the central plateau means you start surrounded, but puting a tower on the edge means your bowmen can shoot a very long ways.
At the start, you have limited farming space, lots of trees and the stone and iron are a long way away and closer to the bad guys then you are. It makes for a rough start, but if you can keep the resources flowing, you can make an awesome fortress that dominates the center of the map.
