Why would you want to get rid of it? You could just press escape or click the mouse.

I've done this myself. It saves a little bit of time, and it's nice.

It saves like 2 seconds. HELLO JUST CLICK THE FREEKIN MOUSE!!! Anyway I think this mod isnt worth it, but good effort anyway!

2 seconds > 0 seconds
Therefore:
Saving 2 seconds is saving time.
And some inconvenience.
It's also a little more than 2 seconds. It takes time to load each video, depending on your system.
But, as you say, it isn't a HUGE deal.

Ok fine. Ill agree with that. I guess i didnt notice the loading time difference beacuse I have a really fast Vista with a great Graphics Card. Anyway, I sent in a rating, dont worry its not to bad.
And on a completely random note! Lord Tanthos, Ive played all of your games and they are great! Ive been on this site for like a year, with other accounts. But I lost the other account passwords and stuff.

It's really annoying to click away several cutscenes.
But the way is much easier: simply rename or delete the following files and you'll start immediately in main menu:
\interface\binks\intro.bik
\interface\binks\logos\2k_logo.bik
\interface\binks\logos\firefly_logo.bik
\interface\binks\logos\nvidia_logo.bik
