The powerful roar of the mighty North Sea can even be heard over the rain as it lashes down from a sky as black as coal. Atop a rock outcrop, staring solemnly out to sea, stands a ruin. A once magnificent and impenetrable fortress now a decaying link to more violent days gone by.
Upon a rotting notice board faint golden lettering spelling out the name of the inspiring ruin can still be seen. The groaning wind leaves behind a trace of salt upon the lips of travelers. The bare tock upon which the castle sits has been silent witness to pain, grief and death throughout the castles long blackened past.
I don't know why, and I never would have thought it, but you started a great looking new concept. The part where the two water types meet with the tides in the center actually looks incredibly good! Just make the water flow in the right directions with the flow tools, and it probably will look excellent.
Again, like your other map, I recommend more texture and tint mixing. The map, besides the trees, was fairly plain.
And also, the lower player has the largest advantage, having all the resources and being closest to the flags.
I would recommend switching those advantages and make one player close to the flags and the other have all of the resources.
This is the first CTF map on the site, and I think it's a great start in the right direction.
